Trip to DC

My two oldest girls go the opportunity to travel to DC with Mr. Bennett (their social studies teacher) and others from Garretson High School for a history trip!  I am so glad that we decided to allow them to go and experience a piece of history!  They left early Thursday morning June 6th and will arrive home tonight around 11pm.  I know they are having a BLAST, by the text messages Jason and I have recieved from them in the last few days!  It has been weird having only two children at home the last 4 days and it reminds me of what is to come down the road, next year especially as Briana will graduate and leave home to start her own life and I don't know if I am ready for that new chapter in my life!  Grateful that I still have 3 more at home to raise and watch grow!  It will be a hard day when Miss Keara leaves the nest....as she is the last one.  One day at a time.  For now I will savor the moments that I have with them and enjoy the memories that we create!  :)
